Project Lead

Brad brings over 30 years of oil and gas leadership experience across both Shelf and Deepwater operations in the Gulf of Mexico. He previously served as Chairman, President, and CEO of Whiting Petroleum, where he led the company through a period of strategic transformation and operational growth. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President of U.S. Onshore at Anadarko Petroleum, overseeing large-scale upstream operations and development programs. Brad is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program (AMP), completing his Executive MBA in 2015.

Operations Leader

Court brings over 13 years of global deepwater experience across well design, operations, and data-driven performance optimization. Before joining SHA Ops, he served as Data Science Manager and Major Projects Lead at BP, where he supported worldwide deepwater programs and implemented advanced analytical solutions to improve safety and efficiency. Court holds an Engineering degree from the University of Michigan, Class of 2012.

Andrew brings a diverse background spanning private equity, venture capital, and operational leadership across multiple industries. Before joining SHA Ops, he held investing roles at Bridgepoint and BuildGroup, and operational positions with Centria, a PE-backed autism therapy provider, and SunWorld, a global fruit genetics licensee. He began his career in management consulting with Accenture, supporting strategic initiatives across sectors. Andrew earned his MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2024.
